Privacy
Short version: we don't run ads or ad trackers, and we don't set cookies. If you join the email list, we use your address for the Saturday story and nothing else.

This site is run by Capital Hours. You can reach us at contact@capitalhours.com.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it processes basic request data, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and block abuse.
What we measure
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other sites.
Email list
If you sign up, our email provider stores your address so we can send one email when a new story is out. You confirm your address before you get anything, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We don't sell or share the list.
Messages you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive your message, your email address and your name if you give one. The form delivers it to our inbox through our email service, Resend. We use it only to read and answer your message, and we delete it when it's no longer needed. Writing to us directly by email works the same way.
Videos
Story pages show a picture of the video, not the video itself. Only when you press play do we load the YouTube player, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
